Please note that as of February 2026, the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) has updated its funding eligibility criteria.
Following an initial telehealth screening appointment with a nurse practitioner, patients who are clinically suitable to proceed will be required to attend a one-time, in-person consultation with a prescribing doctor to be eligible for DVA-funded treatment.
If you are able to progress from your screening appointment, our administration team will contact you to arrange your initial doctor consultation. If you are able to travel to one of our clinic locations (currently Brisbane, Gold Coast, Bendigo, or Perth), we can assist in coordinating this. DVA may cover travel costs to attend, subject to eligibility (including taxis, flights, and accommodation where required).
If you are unable to attend an in-person consultation, treatment can still proceed on a private (self-funded) basis via telehealth, where clinically appropriate.
All follow-up appointments are conducted via telehealth, meaning only a one-time face-to-face visit is required for DVA-funded care.
